Posted Job Title Staffing and International Affairs Specialist Job Profile Title Coordinator B Job Description Summary Under the direction of the Chief Research Administrator and incollaboration with the Department of Human Resources, this positionwill be responsible for advising and supporting managers on humanresource actions and international appointments across multipledivisions in the Department of Medicine (currently Renal,Rheumatology, Cardio, PAIR, Pulmonary, EDM, TMHG, InfectiousDiseases, and Central Medicine); developing procedures foronboarding new staff and delivering training as a subject matterexpert; works closely with all areas of HR, the business offices and faculty. Oversee visa applicationand renewal processes for these divisions. The position will helpdevelop position-specific onboarding and training programs with supervisors that strengthenintroductory and annual reviews for new employees.
