Global Chief People Officer — Lead Talent & Culture
Stryker Corporation
Cure Blindness Project seeks a Chief People Officer to shape global People strategy, lead leadership development, and build a high-performing, diverse team across international offices. You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
The CPO will oversee global HR operations, Total Rewards, policies, and employee relations, and will travel domestically and internationally as needed to align
