Senior Accountant

Our leading client in the real estate industry is seeking a Senior Accountant. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate on new accounting processes, manage a third-party bookkeeping team, and work with various types of real estate properties. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Manage the third-party bookkeeping team, helping with all accounting matters.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend changes to implement best practices.
- Assist project managers in the monthly construction draws.
- Prepare monthly cash analysis and calculate owner distributions as needed.
- Compile documents for yearly external audits.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word .
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial statements and their components.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 4+ years of accounting experience.
