Job Description

As a Security Officer HOA Residential Homes in Newport Beach, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential community, you will welcome residents and guests, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide professional communication and customer service. You will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment by responding to security-related concerns and serving as a dependable point of contact. Pay Rate: $26.26 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk in a professional, welcoming manner; verify visitor access and direct guests, deliveries, and service personnel according to community procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems; report unusual conditions, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front-desk activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
