Supply Chain Business Operations Manager | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager for the Global Supply Chain Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing GSC financials, managing sales/percent complete metrics, and driving strategic initiatives and affordability.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team that controls the financial health of the Global Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and mentor a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers.
Own and drive all GSC financials, including production, development, and sustainment budgets.
Manage Sales/Percent Complete, Long‑Range Planning, Estimate at Completion, and other key financial metrics.
Oversee strategic initiatives and affordability analyses to optimize supply‑chain performance.
Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with financial policies.
