** Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: **

· Trial Preparation

· Assist with the drafting, indexing, and reviewing of legal documents such as Pleadings and Motions

· Drafting complaints, discovery, and e-Filing lawsuits for personal injury clients.

· Scheduling and setting depositions, hearings, and mediation conferences.

· Issuing subpoenas to witnesses for depositions and trial appearances.

· Prepare and update case correspondence.

· Assists with insurance claim settlements/negotiation.

· Assist with mediation and depositions.

· Update the Trial Works case/client database.

· Assisting with discovery requests

· Other administrative duties as assigned.

· Conduct research to support legal proceedings.

· Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.

· Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

· Record and store client information and medical records

​ ** Qualifications: **

• Previous experience as a paralegal in Personal Injury Law
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Florida Registered Paralegal (not required)
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
