Product Knowledge: Utilize extensive knowledge of our inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed and personalized choices. Sales Process: Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow‑through after the sale. Organizational Skills: Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process. GIA certification is a plus. Availability: Must be able to work Saturdays, as it is a peak day for sales. Skills: Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
