As a Bindery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our printed materials are finished to the highest quality standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial printing
• Knowledge of offset and digital printing processes
• Familiarity with MBO Folder
• Ability to perform precise cutting 
• Experience with binding and finishing techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large format printing
• Knowledge of prepress and proofing processes
• Understanding of direct mail services

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $54,000 - $70,000 per year
