My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas. As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching "Mommy and Me" classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, you'll begin learning:

• Our back-end systems
• Administration
• Sales
• Training, etc.

The tools learned after working at a My Gym stay with you throughout your life! This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where like-minded individuals will thrive and advance!

• Salary is competitive, with the ability to progress quickly.
• Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, theater, etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.

All candidates must be available every Friday afternoon from 1:00-5:00 for staff meetings as well as one weekend day. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it's a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!
