Patient Services Associate II - Washington Township Primary Care (Full-time)

Patient Services Associate II (PSA II) Job Location: 188 Fries Mill Road, Turnersville, New Jersey, United States of America. Shift Schedule: Primary Care Office hours are Monday–Wednesday 7:15am–8:00pm; Thursday 7:15am–7:30pm; Friday 7:30am–5:00pm. PSAs are expected to work at least one closing shift per week. Responsibilities Process patient check‑in and check‑out, point‑of‑service activities, and scheduling via EPIC. Obtain pre‑certifications and/or pre‑authorizations for procedures. Verify insurance coverage, referrals, and patient demographic information. Maintain an efficient patient flow and schedule, and escalates patient or provider concerns when appropriate. Greet and interact with patients and visitors in a professional manner, both in person and on the phone. Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service and/or patient‑facing healthcare experience preferred. Salary: $17.00 to $23.64 hourly, based on experience and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
