Alliance Industries is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to assist in various aspects of human resources, from payroll to employee relations and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting organizational growth.
About the Role:As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver high-quality support to both employees and management. You’ll handle everything from coordinating onboarding and leave administration to maintaining employee records and facilitating training programs. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily HR inquiries and ensure compliance across all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to routine HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records related to the employment lifecycle, including onboarding and off boarding.
- Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, STD, and Workers’ Compensation paperwork.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
- Support managers with HRIS navigation and training.
- Assist with payroll, time, and attendance processing.
- Conduct HR file audits for compliance purposes.
- Ensure positive employee relations through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Previous HR experience required (4+ years)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior HR or administrative experience required (4+ years)
