Senior Case Manager
Quality Moments Behavioral Health
Quality Moments Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Care Case Manager (LSW, LPC, MFT preferred) to provide compassionate care and tailored activities for seniors in skilled nursing facilities. The role supports aging adults with social, emotional, and behavioral wellness while upholding dignity and respect.
This position can be part-time or full-time and requires a reliable driver with access to a vehicle and valid insurance.
