Are you a dedicated, compassionate, and responsible individual looking to make a difference in the lives of adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities? ​ Emerald Beryl Host Home is seeking caring individuals to provide support and a safe, welcoming home environment for our members as part of your family. ​

About the Role:

As a Host Home Provider, you will offer personalized care and assistance to 1-3 individuals in your own home. Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. ​

Assisting with daily living activities, recreation, socialization, and medical appointments. ​

Promoting independence, teaching new skills, and supporting community engagement. ​

Managing challenging behaviors and addressing health and safety concerns. ​

Ongoing support and monitoring to ensure the highest level of care for our members. ​

Monthly tax-free payment/stipend ranging from $2000-$5000 per member, per month.

Qualifications:

Ability to provide care for 1-3 members in your home on an ongoing basis. ​

Completion of required training courses. ​

Proficiency in charting daily activities and medications using a web-based system (training provided). ​

Strong written and verbal communication skills. ​

Professionalism, compassion, and a focus on individualized care. ​

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. ​

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software. ​

Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. ​

Must pass background screening and reference checks. ​

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
