Host Home Providers deliver compassionate care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting their well-being in both short-term and long-term residential settings. Providers work daily, becoming a trusted part of their clients' lives while receiving necessary supplies and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Manage client needs for both short-term and long-term placements
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and respectful home environment
• Collaborate closely with clients and support teams to promote individualized care
• Utilize basic caregiving supplies and training resources effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to manage crises and resolve conflicts
• Effective time management
