Responsibilities: Assist technicians and senior staff with daily shop operations and tasks Organize and maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and equipment Load, unload, and stage parts, materials, and supplies as needed Support inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking materials Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of shop facilities and work areas Follow all safety protocols and procedures in a shop environment Assist with prepping equipment and vehicles for field service jobs Requirements: No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a must Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more) Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in field service/trades is a plus Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop setting About Us: Red Lightning Field Service LLC is a trusted name in field service solutions based out of Largo, FL, known for delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality work to our customers.
