Access: Supports for Living is seeking a Substance Use Specialist to join our ACT Team in Valley Cottage, NY. You will provide substance use counseling, education, and support to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves maintaining a caseload, conducting intake interviews, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team using harm reduction, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approaches to help participants achieve recovery and life #J-18808-Ljbffr Access
