What You'll Do as a Host/Hostess
As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Managing reservations and waitlists to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicating effectively with the team to coordinate table assignments.
- Providing guests with information about our menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assisting with any additional tasks to enhance the guest experience.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- A proactive, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
