Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Hermiston ORWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as neededJob Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIAPerform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collecting payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:1 or more years of phlebotomy experience6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomyBilingual with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test• Flexibility to work overtime as needed• Exceptional customer service• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal• Ability to work independently or in a team environment• Comfortable working under minimal supervisionAt PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company.
