VP, Global Account Director

IQVIA seeks a Global Key Account Director to lead strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical clients. The role involves developing account growth strategies, building executive partnerships, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and identifying expansion opportunities across the company's service portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and account management for designated global strategic accounts
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and market dynamics
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders within client organizations
• Orchestrate global, cross-functional account teams to deliver coordinated engagement and execution
• Conduct regular business and service reviews to ensure value realization and identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or commercial services industry
• Proven success managing large, complex strategic accounts with $50M+ annual revenue
• Ability to sell integrated, multi-service solutions across diverse capability portfolios
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and senior decision makers
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and opportunity management across full sales cycles
• Financial acumen in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
