Your contribution will shape the future of biologics on a global scale.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Lab Operations (Primary Focus):*** Execute and support lab-scale mammalian cell culture runs, including bioreactor setup, operation, monitoring, sampling, and troubleshooting. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of lab activities.* **Technical Strategy:** Support cell culture process development, process characterization and regulatory filing activities to ensure a smooth and clear path to successful PPQs and BLAs for the company's pipeline.* **Technical knowledge**: Fundamental knowledge with mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large molecule products).* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals as One Team.* **Problem Solving:** Trouble shooting equipment and cell culture anomalies.* **Communication:** Foster collaboration and ensure transparency.
