What You’ll Do Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers Manage non‑strategic vendors and ensure cost‑effective procurement Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, and drive supplier selection Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of materials Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams Resolve material, receiving, and accounting discrepancies Maintain optimal inventory levels and purchasing records Continuously improve processes and supplier performance What You Bring 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, and procurement strategies Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Experience in manufacturing or similar industry Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems Strong negotiation and communication skills Benefits Competitive pay: $21.70 – $31.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision coverage (for employees working 20+ hours per week) Health Savings Account (HSA) (for employees working 20+ hours per week) Life and disability insurance (for employees working 20+ hours per week) MetLife voluntary benefits Employee assistance program (EAP) 401(k) retirement savings plan Direct deposit and weekly electronic payroll Referral bonus programs Certification and training opportunities Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
