If yes, then this is for you!Starting Hourly Rate/Schedule & BenefitsWeekly pay of $23.36/HR. + weekend shift differentialIncentive pay – earn more money for exceeding productivity goals10:00AM start time – until the work is done, 5-day work week, all candidates must be able to work weekends to meet our business needsSafe, Team-Oriented Work EnvironmentExcellent benefits that include Medical (HSA & FSA), Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance ProgramHome, Auto and Pet Insurance offerings401K Savings plan with matching contributionPTO and paid holidaysTuition ReimbursementJob Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Selects a variety of food/beverage products.Transports products throughout the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.Utilizing an RF ScannerMaintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.Assists other departments with work activities as needed.Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.Job Requirements:Must be 18 years of age and older.Willing to consent to background and drug screening.Ability to consistently lift up to 60lbs. – 100lbs. frequent, bending, stooping and lifting.Ability to work in various temperatures.Adheres to attendance policy and commits to work schedule.Food or Beverage selections preferred.Good judgement is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.UNFI is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
