Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Additional Details 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Required Credentials: PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
