UAS Manufacturing Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UAS Manufacturing Technician located in Torrance, CA. The UAS Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling UAS avionics and airframes, soldering electrical components, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and providing feedback to the engineering team. A technician works closely with other members of the production team to meet deadlines and further innovate the product. Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification Prior technical experience or hands-on work in a technical role or on technical projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following: soldering, additive manufacturing (3D printing), RC/hobby aircraft 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to adhere to quality control standards, ensuring assembly accuracy and consistency Comfortable moving fluidly between independent work and a team setting Able to learn fast and adapt quickly Strong independent problem-solving ability The base hourly pay range for this role is $22-$32/hour. Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and role-related qualifications.
