Kontoor Brands is a purpose-led organization focused on leveraging its global platform, strategic sourcing model and best-in-class supply chain to drive brand growth and deliver long-term value for its stakeholders.The Graphic Designer works with other members of Marketing Operations and Brand Marketing teams to conceptualize, design and execute a wide variety of demand-generating marketing vehicles to convey a particular message, idea or concept resulting in the most effective and persuasive work possible. This role will support multiple brands, existing product lines, new product innovations, marketing and strategic brand initiatives.We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the creative lead, Sr Graphic designers, and Brand marketing in a proactive, creative, and collaborative effort to elevate our brandsThink creatively and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts that capture project briefs and captivate consumersInterpret creative briefs into conceptual ideasDesign materials that enhance the brand and the overall consumer/customer experienceConcept, develop, and execute overall layout and production design for various applications such as for Print advertising, Digital advertising, POS/POP, Catalogs, Selling Materials, and Internal CollateralEnsure consistency and standards across several brandsSkills for SuccessVisual Ideation/Creative problem solving. Must have good design aesthetic, strong technical skills and the ability to think conceptuallyAbility to design based off a creative brief, feedback, sketches and critiquesMust be comfortable creating and working with deadlinesHighly organized with a strong attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks by prioritizing appropriatelyStrong interpersonal abilities and project management skillsExperience/EducationAssociate's degree in graphic design3–5 years of professional graphic design experienceA strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and technical expertiseExpert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorAdvanced photo-retouching and image-manipulation capabilitiesHighly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced presentation design and formatting skillsThorough understanding of print production and digital asset creationExperience designing for digital platforms; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plusFamiliarity with 3D design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plusAgency or in-house corporate creative experience preferredPassion for and understanding of sports, fashion, art, and contemporary cultureKnowledge of apparel products and industry trends is an advantageWhy Kontoor Brands?At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
