Human Resources Business Partner

Staffing Now is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR policies for our client in the Tulsa, OK market . Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to address workforce needs, employee relations issues, and organizational challenges. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, total rewards, and learning initiatives. Identify training and coaching needs to improve employee and management effectiveness. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop effective HR strategies, programs, and policies. Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, compliance, and complex employee relations matters. Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Monitor training effectiveness and ensure learning objectives are achieved. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5-8 years of HR experience, primarily focused on complex employee relations.
