What You'll Do

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV paperwork
• Handle trade-in and purchase documentation accurately
• Contact banks for title payoffs and documentation
• Maintain title records, inventory logs, and temporary tag stock
• Ensure compliance with inspections, registrations, and title requirements
• Work with DMV offices and outside vendors to resolve issues
• Verify accuracy of completed paperwork and documentation
• Assist with office tasks including filing, phones, and deposits

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous automotive title or dealership office experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• DealerTrack, Arkona, or dealership software experience is a plus
• Notary certification is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
