We're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our Abington team. What You'll Do Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs. Recommend customized complex rehabilitation and assistive technology solutions that maximize independence and quality of life. Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers throughout the evaluation, funding, and delivery process. Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation. Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries to ensure optimal function and comfort. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper equipment use and long-term success. Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Harrisburg region. Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service, and operations teams to provide an exceptional patient experience. Stay current on CRT technology, reimbursement guidelines, and industry best practices. What You'll Bring RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification (or ability to obtain if applicable). Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), seating and positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible field-based schedule.
