Note: Candidates must possess a California Paralegal Certificate and have at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, including California state and federal court procedures and e‑filing. Job Description Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, motions, subpoenas, and proposed orders for attorney review Manage and organize large volumes of discovery, including electronic documents and media files Summarize depositions and prepare comprehensive indexes and case materials Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw, LEXIS, and other research platforms Perform California state and federal court e‑filing and maintain procedural compliance Coordinate with witnesses, experts, and clients throughout the litigation process Support trial preparation and assist with jury instructions and related filings Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case management systems Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to advance case strategy Qualifications California Paralegal Certificate required 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Working knowledge of California state and federal court procedures and e‑filing requirements Proficiency with Westlaw, LEXIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and case management software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail Benefits We foster a respectful and supportive culture where talented professionals are trusted to do their best work.
