Position Summary The Production Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure strict compliance with AS9100 quality management standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across multiple manufacturing cells and work centers, ensuring optimal workflow and resource utilization Monitor production schedules and adjust priorities to meet customer delivery requirements and maintain on‑time delivery metrics Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15‑30 production personnel, including machine operators, assemblers, and quality inspectors Conduct daily production meetings to communicate priorities, address concerns, align team objectives, and drive accountability Manage production capacity planning and coordinate with the planning department to optimize manufacturing schedules Monitor workflow, adjust staffing levels, and modify priorities to meet changing production demands Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols on the production floor Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, scrap rates, and on‑time delivery Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards Serve as the critical link between management and production floor personnel to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience in aerospace manufacturing Experience in scheduling and supervision of production teams Equal Opportunity Employer.
