Service Lead – Flooring Installation Operations MP Contract Flooring is a full-service flooring installation company serving new home builders, and we're looking for an organized, motivated Service Lead to join our team! If you're someone who loves solving problems, staying organized, communicating with people, and getting things DONE , this could be the opportunity for you! What You'll Do Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues Schedule installers and service appointments Track service orders from request through completion Monitor orders and material status Keep builders and homeowners updated Review and approve installer invoices Handle invoicing and order entry Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks What We're Looking For Highly organized with excellent follow-through Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and accurate Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Confident working with numbers, invoices, and order information Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly A dependable team player who takes ownership and solves problems Experience in flooring, construction, homebuilding, scheduling, installation coordination, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
