Pay Range:$150,218 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our team as a Solutions Architect in a hybrid role based in Wayne, PA.
This full-time position involves designing and implementing IT solutions, guiding development teams, and maintaining architectural standards.
The role requires experience in agile environments and expertise in cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Translate business processes into IT solutions.
Guide development teams by providing architectural direction.
Organize and document solution design activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategies.
Monitor implementation to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in IT solution design and architecture.
3-5 years of experience with cloud technologies.
Experience in agile environments within the IT sector.
University-level education.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
