You will gain unique insights and career growth while providing insurance services to the community. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information. Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options. Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions. Qualifications Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
