As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials, monitoring access points, and reporting unusual activity. Your visible presence and professional communication will help to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 03:00 AM - 11:00 AM Tue 03:00 AM - 11:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Screen personnel, visitors, vehicles, and/or deliveries entering the distribution location in accordance with established procedures. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry to help deter unauthorized access and prohibited items from entering the facility. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
