You will assist visitors, monitor access activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide clear communication and exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor visitor access at the front desk, greet guests, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and direct individuals in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs, receive deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel. Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership or Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be able to lift up to 20 pounds preferred. Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
