Small Fish Big Fish Swim School is a leading learn-to-swim facility in Palm Beach County. Our dynamic team is looking for a vivacious and organized multi-tasker who thrives on interpersonal interaction in a family-oriented setting. Ideal candidates must have a passion for water safety and want to help make a positive impact on others' lives. Responsibilities Advocate for fun and maintain a professional image. Greet and welcome families. Communicate with clients in-person, over the phone, and in writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition. Assist students to and from the pool area, ensuring lessons begin and end on time in a safe manner. Provide guidance on purchases to increase sale transactions. Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition. Coordinate with team members for smooth shift transitions and help achieve quarterly goals. Demonstrate adaptability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced atmosphere. Act as the company's first impression on the phone and in-person. Comfortable working without shoes. Show strong desire to make a difference and hustle. Qualifications High School Diploma. At least 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales. Salary & Hours Part-time and full-time positions available: 15–40 hours per week. Shifts: 2:30 pm – 8:15 pm Monday–Wednesday, Friday 10:45 am – 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am – 3:15 pm Saturday and/or Sunday. Base pay: $14.00 per hour. Benefits PTO for part-time employees after 1 year. Paid holidays after 1 year. Free swim lessons after first full quarter. Retirement matching.
