Responsibilities Be an advocate for fun Be professional Greet and welcome families Have good communication skills in‑person/over the phone Demonstrate a strong desire to make a difference Display adaptability and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced atmosphere Hustle Bring a good first impression of the company on the phone and in‑person Be comfortable not wearing shoes Communicate with clients in‑person, on the phone, and in writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, and ensure students arrive at the correct classes on the pool deck Share friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase sale transactions Provide assistance to students to and from the pool area to maintain a strict schedule that ensures lessons begin and end on time safely Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition Coordinate with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales Compensation and Hours Part‑time and full‑time available (15 – 40 hours a week) Shifts are 2:30 pm – 8:15 pm Monday – Wednesday, and Friday 10:45 pm – 7:00 pm; 8:00 am – 3:15 pm Saturday and/or Sunday.
