Responsibilities Prepare entertainment-based US immigration applications using legal automation technology. Review and revise drafts of letters and legal documents. Draft and review contracts and employment letters for individuals and companies in the media and entertainment industries. Review petitions for errors and conduct other quality checks. Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for media and entertainment benefits; Provide updates to clients and respond to inquiries. Test legal automation technology and provide feedback to operations and engineering. Research legal issues and prepare memorandum. Utilize reports and manipulate data to prioritize work. Requirements License: State Bar License to Practice Law in any U.S. state Education: LL.M. or JD in Entertainment, Media & Technology Law and Policy or related field Experience: 6 months of legal associate or law clerk experience at a company focused on global immigration. Experience must include at least 6 months of experience in the following: Helping clients solve their complex immigration issues from strategy to execution. Serving as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth and timely end-to-end process. Proactively assisting in the casework of a portfolio of clients. Assisting in the delivery of large projects. Keeping up to date with national issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
