IT Support Analyst

Role Overview As an IT Support Analyst at ALTEN Technology USA, you'll collaborate on complex engineering challenges, supported by mentorship and career growth opportunities. You'll work with a team to deliver high-quality support to business users, meeting SLA and KPI targets. What You Will Do Provide Tier 2/3 support for business applications, manage incidents and service requests, troubleshoot application issues, and monitor application health. You'll also maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to meet SLA and KPI targets. You'll be proactive in monitoring application performance, identifying recurring issues, and driving continuous process improvements.
