Overview Technical Support Specialist role at Booz Allen supporting the Army with reliable, secure, high-quality IT services that enable readiness and daily operations. You will be a frontline technical resource for warfighters, performing hands-on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance while collaborating with cybersecurity, network, and engineering teams to keep systems compliant and mission-ready. You Have 5+ years of experience providing Tier I and II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications Experience with Active Directory user and group administration Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and documenting actions clearly for audit and compliance Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Nice If You Have Experience supporting Army enterprise network environments Experience with NIPR/SIPR systems and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy Experience with imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation workflows Experience coordinating with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, or mission partners Possession of excellent communication and customer service skills in fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400 to $158,000 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
