About the Role As a business analyst, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze their needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements that align with business goals. Creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process workflows, and use cases, to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. Designing test plans, coordinating testing activities, and validating that the data system meets business requirements and functions as intended. Developing training materials and conducting sessions to ensure end‑users understand how to use the data system effectively, fostering smooth adoption. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and guiding adjustments during development and implementation phases. Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in design and development. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in conveying requirements, ideas, and solutions clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders. Attention to detail and precision in documenting requirements, processes, and test results to ensure accuracy and completeness. Understanding of data systems and familiarity with data architecture, workflows, and tools to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Capacity to manage changing requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives. Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders. Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis. A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
