PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & InnovationThe Opportunity: As a PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to align with organizational goals and drive strategic business outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to optimize project portfolios, focusing on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery. As a Manager, you will develop and inspire your team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.Responsibilities:Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to align with organizational goalsLeading project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic outcomesGuiding teams in program planning and execution to facilitate successful deliveryUtilizing analytical thinking and project management software to enhance project integrationDeveloping and implementing continuous process improvements for program capacity buildingManaging stakeholder communications and engagement to maintain project alignmentConducting program reviews and status reporting to track progress and address challengesMentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performanceAddressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholdersUpholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conductWhat You Must Have:At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart:Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Law/Legal StudiesDemonstrating proficiency in Project Management Software (PMS)Excelling in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagementUtilizing analytical thinking for continuous process improvementManaging program capacity building and program scope managementLeading project budgeting and project integration effortsDelivering service excellence in client support environmentsTravel Requirements: Up to 40%The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
