Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare providesComprehensive Youth &Family Support Services toprimary caregivers of children and teens with D evelopmental and IntellectualDisabilities. We arelooking for dedicated and compassionate Therapists to provideIn-home Intensive and In-Community Therapeutic services to youththroughout the state of New Jersey. *KeyResponsibilities *: Providing individual in-home therapysessions or group therapy sessions in ouroutpatient center. Provide coping and social skills, angermanagement and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB orphysical aggression. Work to improve youth andcaretaker decision-making skills to managein-home behavioral challenges. Collaborate effectively and consistentlywith the Child Family Treatment Team and/orprofessionals from other disciplines who alsowork to support the youth and family. Submit all required documentation withindesignated time frames (intake, treatment plan, progressnotes), etc. Attend monthly meetings and submitrecommendations. Requirements Musthave Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, FamilyTherapy or related fields as LSW, LAC,LFT. Mustbe available for minimum 5-10 hours per week during afterschool hours of 4-7 pm. Weekend flexibility is aplus. Musthave experience providing positive behaviorsupports. Musthave prior experience working with children ages 3-20 andchildren with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)a plus. Musthave Valid driver’s license, registeredvehicle. Mustpass criminal background check, inclusive offingerprinting. Mustsubmit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with copy ofNJ or Certification or License.
