About the Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and assisting with dietary rounds. If you are passionate about providing top-notch care and have a strong attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals to our residents, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with dietary rounds, monitoring resident intake and reporting any concerns to the dietary team
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special meals and events
• Maintain accurate inventory and control of food and supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
