Essential Duties

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Training staff and assisting the director of nursing
• Supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assisting residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensuring care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Knowing and following infection control and safety procedures
• Reviewing, updating, and communicating resident care documentation
• Evaluating health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
