Columbus Property Management, exclusive manager of The Moinian Group's luxury residential portfolio, is seeking a high-caliber Associate to join the on-site team at a premier Manhattan asset. This role is best suited for a polished, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day property operations and ensure seamless service execution.
• Serve as a primary resident contact, delivering clear, confident, and solutions-oriented communication.
• Support day-to-day property operations and processes move-ins/outs, and system accuracy in Yardi.
• Partner cross-functionally with leasing, vendors, and management to uphold operational standards.
• Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, billing, and compliance tracking.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury or new development property management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal presence.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Confident, professional, and motivated to grow within a top-tier organization.
• Yardi experience preferred, familiarity with rent stabilization a plus.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. xhyhwjd
