We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Property Management Associate to support our dynamic property management team.________________________________________Position SummaryThe Property Management Associate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of two property managers. This individual will serve as a key liaison between residents, building staff, and internal departments, helping to ensure the seamless execution of property management activities while upholding the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support•\tAssist two Property Managers with daily administrative tasks and property-related duties•\tManage and organize documentation, correspondence, and resident files•\tRespond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner•\tAnswer and route incoming phone calls appropriately•\tMaintain and update Outlook board distribution lists and MDS system data•\tCoordinate move-ins/outs, including elevator reservations and refund processing•\tAssist with the hiring and onboarding of building staff, coordinate interviewsCommunication & Resident Coordination•\tServe as the primary point of contact for residents regarding routine concerns, requests, or complaints•\tSchedule and coordinate resident repairs and maintenance needs with building staff•\tDraft and distribute memos, notices, and email blasts•\tSupport board communication, including scheduling and distributing documentsFinance & Vendor Management•\tEnter purchase orders (POs) and process check requests with required signatures and documentation•\tPrepare and follow up on condo questionnaires•\tProcess and verify invoices, chase RapidPay work tickets, and follow up on vendor payments•\tMaintain records of garage, storage, gym, and bicycle rentals•\tTrack arrears and submit tenant ledgers to legal when necessary•\tAssist with payroll tax filings and expense reports as needed•\tHandle new vendor onboarding, including COI verification and packet preparationMeeting & Compliance Support•\tPrepare for and attend monthly and annual board meetings, draft and upload meeting minutes•\tParticipate in weekly PM meetings, corporate meetings, PM/FA meetings, and 1:1 meetings with management•\tAssist with annual HPD registrations and compliance-related documentation (e.g., Conflict of Interest, Elevator AOC follow-up)•\tCollect and organize alteration documentation for units•\tSupport CAP CC communications to supers and board membersSpecial Projects & Site Support•\tConduct site visits as needed to inspect building conditions or follow up on requests•\tAssist in coordinating and executing annual meeting preparations•\tSupport with HUB and IT/Accounting ticket submissions•\tAudit building amenities (e.g., gym, bike room, storage) for compliance and record accuracy________________________________________Qualifications & RequirementsExperience •\tMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in property management, co-op/condo administration, or related real estate support roles preferred•\tFamiliarity with NYC real estate operations and regulatory requirements is a plusSkills & Competencies•\tExceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks•\tStrong verbal and written communication skills; customer service focused•\tDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment•\tSelf-starter with a proactive attitude and high attention to detail•\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with MDS, RapidPay, and property management software preferred________________________________________Why Join Argo Real Estate?At Argo Real Estate, we value our people and believe in fostering a collaborative and growth-driven environment.
