A day in the life: You'll own a portfolio of 4-6 CPG accounts, primarily beauty, personal care, wellness, or food and beverage brands. This role centers on a comprehensive diagnosis of core business constraints impacting client growth, leveraging a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify and formulate strategic solutions. This includes pinpointing challenges across all points of sale - DTC/ecommerce acquisition, retail execution, Amazon market share erosion, or upstream strategic barriers like brand positioning - and developing a unified, data-backed strategy to overcome them. CPG accounts tend to have opinions about their channels that predate the data. Part of this job is having the product, competitive, and retail fluency to challenge those assumptions with credibility.
