As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will welcome visitors, manage access credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using computer or tablet-based systems, you will support security-related operations, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and help maintain an organized, welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.02 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, or equipment issues according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, provide directions and general site information, and support a professional, welcoming reception environment. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
