The Insurance Sales Producer plays a vital role within a sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This position involves delivering tailored policy recommendations, managing leads effectively, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to drive sales performance without the need for travel. The use of CRM software is integral to daily operations, supporting seamless client management and sales reporting.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through targeted outreach and networking
- Recommend appropriate insurance policies based on client needs
- Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits
- Manage leads and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools
- Provide ongoing support to customers for retention and satisfaction
- Process contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Adhere strictly to industry compliance and regulatory requirements
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance
